How do I invite people to my party?
On the "Send Invites" tab, click "Print Invitations" for paper invites you can print and hand out - these include QR codes guests can use to RSVP online.\n\nYou can also directly email/text guests from that tab to send them the link.
Can I print physical invitations?
Yes! Your dashboard has a "Print Invitations" button that creates printable cards with a QR code — two per page so you can cut them in half and hand them out.
Can I see who's coming?
Absolutely. Your dashboard shows a full RSVP list with each child's name, their parent's name, and phone number (if the guest has chosen to share it). You'll also see any allergy or special needs notes.
What's included in a birthday party?
Our birthday parties include gym time with structured activities, a dedicated party host from our staff, setup and cleanup, and a party area for cake and presents. Contact us for current pricing and package options.
Can I set a maximum number of guests?
Yes — you can set a guest limit on your dashboard. Once the limit is reached, the RSVP page will show "This party is full!" and no more RSVPs will be accepted.
Will guests get reminders?
Yes. Guests receive a confirmation text when they RSVP, and our staff sends a reminder text both a week before the party as well as a day before.
Can I text/email my guests?
Yes - on the "guest list" tab you can select a group (coming, pending, cancelled, etc.) and compose a message. This will be texted and emailed to all of those contacts on your behalf.
Can I come early or stay late to set up?
Yes! Hosts can come 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late to set up.
How do I pay for the party?
We'll send you a link to add your payment method before the party. A downpayment is charged when you book, and the remaining balance is charged the day of the party.
How do I RSVP?
Click the party link you received. You'll be asked to enter your email address to log in (we'll send you a quick login link). After signing our waiver (if you haven't already), you can select which of your children will attend and submit your RSVP.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing they can move around in — athletic wear is perfect. We recommend avoiding jeans, dresses, or loose clothing that could get caught on equipment. Participants will be barefoot during the party.
What should I bring?
Just your child and (generally) a present for the birthday child! The party host family usually provide food and refreshments. If your child has any food allergies, you can note them during the RSVP process.
What is the waiver?
All participants at Apex Gymnastics are required to have a signed liability waiver on file. It's a standard safety form that only takes a minute to complete online. You'll be prompted to sign it during the RSVP process if you haven't already.
Where do I park and drop off?
We have a parking lot right in front of the building at 2038 US-8, St. Croix Falls, WI 54024. Come in through the left entrance to the party room.
Can I stay and watch?
Of course! Parents are welcome to stay and watch. For younger children (especially 6 and under) we recommend parents to stay and participate with them.
Can I update or cancel my RSVP?
Yes. Simply visit the same party link again, log in, and you'll see your current RSVP with options to update or cancel.
