Clothing
- Apex leotard.
Not just a sports bra without a leotard.
- Apex shorts or leggings.
They can compete in either.
- Apex windbreaker for warmups.
Optional but recommended as it can get cold in the winter meets.
- Apex backpack to hold water, snacks, and merch during the meet.
Optional but recommended - we customize it with their name and our logo.
- Bra straps must be black or transparent.
To match our leotards. They are allowed to be visible.
- Ankle/wrist braces are allowed if needed.
Jewelry / Nails
- Nail polish is allowed, as are small tattoos.
- No jewelry (bracelets, anklets, etc.).
- Stud earrings are allowed. No other earrings.
- No tape allowed for earrings.
- Anklets/bracelets that can't be removed may be taped over.
Hair
- Braid it with lots of spray/gel so it can't move a millimeter and nothing sticks out.
- Side braids recommended.
Not center, as it can interfere with forward/backward roll skills.
Bring a Bag With
- Hair brush, hair ties, and bobby pins.
In case we need to do a quick touch-up.
- Snacks and water bottle for between events.
